Despite the Kaiju-genre baiting title there are no rubber-costumed actors crushing model cities to be found in this strange blend of documentary, home-video and visual manifesto. It looks and sounds incredible, but lack of translation in key areas risks losing the message. It won't be for everyone, but still brilliant.
