Rango

Boasting CG visuals and cinematography that make Pixar look like amateurs*, Verbinski uses animation against standard American conventions. This surrealist, existentialist western is definitely not for kids, and is all the better for it. As far as Hollywood animation goes, ain't no-one gonna tango with the Rango.
